The kick off meeting of the CrowdHEALTH project took place in Madrid. It was a great opportunity to create team and meet the persons that will be working under each project task.
The main outcome of this first meeting was to draw an initial architecture view that depicts the overall goals of the project.
There were a session for each WP to explain their expected technical outcomes, and after each session the evolving picture of the architecture was accordingly updated.
An initial action plan and a planning of deliverables were prepared. The team identified all the technical outcomes that will be demonstrated during the project and mapped them to specific scenarios.
