D.3.05. Data Sources and Gateways: Design and Open Specification v1

The scope of the current deliverable is to outline the architecture and design of the data sources and gateways framework. This framework aims at enabling the acquisition of multimodal data from various data sources and various data source providers, solving current connectivity and communication issues. Towards this end, the current deliverable documents the architecture and design of the data gateway component and the envisioned abstracted API for all information sources handled within the context of the CrowdHEALTH project.

D.3.01. Health Record Structure: Design and Open Specification v1

Holistic Health Records (HHRs) are structured health records that may include several types of information that are relevant to a patient’s health status, such as laboratory medical data; clinical data; lifestyle data collected by the patient or related people; social care data; physiological and environment data collected by medical devices and sensors. Currently, many data models have been specified for representing the aforementioned data (section 3 State of the Art), but there is no single model that covers in an integrated way all the needs of CrowdHEALTH use cases.

D.2.04. Conceptual Model and Reference Architecture v1

CrowdHEALTH aims at the provision of a data-driven platform that enables the creation and evaluation of public health policies. A key challenge in the creation of health policies is to ensure that several aspects are considered in a complete way. To this end, CrowdHEALTH introduces a new paradigm of Holistic Health Records (HHRs) that include all health determinants (e.g. social and lifestyle data such as nutrition or physical activities, biosignals obtained from home healthcare systems or wearables, clinical data, medications, etc.).

D.2.01. State of the Art and Requirements Analysis v1

This ample report examines the state of the art in the realization the mechanisms and algorithms the CrowdHEALTH platform – a secure ICT platform that will incorporate the collective knowledge about health that emerges from multiple heterogeneous source - will be based on, namely of the holistic health care records, of the heterogeneous data aggregation systems and algorithms, of the big data analysis and storage, mining, forecasting and visualization, as well as of the policy development toolkits.

D.1.02. Data Management Plan

This deliverable is the first version of the Data Management Plan (DMP) of the CrowdHEALTH project and it compiles a first description of the datasets according to the FAIR template. The overall purpose of this document is to support the data management life cycle for all data that will be collected, processed or generated by the project.
